Return and Exchange Policy:
Any product purchased on denticura.com has a standard return policy of 30 days. Return, exchange policy, starts from the date of delivery. However, some items may be eligible for upto 45 days. Please find the return or exchange policy on your receipt of purchase for details.
How to Return
Please login to your account at My Account for a return or replacement. If you have purchased as a Guest, please email our support team at email@example.com along with your purchase order number starting with “#” sign. If your item falls under the return policy from the date of delivery, we will email you the return shipping label at no cost. You must ship us back within 1 week after we issue you the shipping label. A full refund will be processed within 2-4 days after we receive the package.
If a product is damaged in shipping, please contact our support team immediately for a return within the return policy on the receipt for full refund. In case we find that the returned item is damaged by improper handling on your side, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Special items include Kits and Sets of Multiple items. If you find a single item replacement from a Kit, on demand. You will pay the shipping and price difference. Product must be under return and exchange policy.
